CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE

 Today, we celebrate the 26th year of Cooperative Bank of Cebu's existence in the banking

industry. The celebration become more significant since the bank has made a 

remarkable progress of its crisis. We would like to thank the Board, management and

staff for their vital contribution which help deliver good governance and stability.

Furthermore, we give priority to the strenght of the bank's capital, liquidity and the 

asset quality because we believe that these are essential in sustaining the journey to

maintain the confidence
